Well-trained instructors multiply impact—empowering others with knowledge, improving fraud prevention across the industry, and helping organizations meet education, compliance, and outreach goals. However, providing valuable training is a challenge to even the most experienced professionals.

Our Instructor Development Certification Program strives to assist with this issue. Over the course of two days, professionals in the insurance fraud community will receive valuable training on teaching complex topics clearly, curating effective presentations, how to facilitate learning, and building confidence as a speaker. Develop your skills through hands-on practice with feedback, peer and instructor coaching, and tools/templates for creating presentations that capture attention.
