In four hours VINs were etched onto 23 vehicles  

On Saturday, June 18, 2022, NICB joined the Rockville City Police Department for a catalytic converter etching event. As a deterrent to theft, a vehicle’s unique VIN is etched onto its catalytic converter. International Collision Center hosted the event where their employees assisted law enforcement and the 23 city of Rockville residents who preregistered for this one-day event.
