NICB is proud to offer additional anti-fraud training opportunities during International Fraud Awareness Week.

This virtual instructor-led course provides an overview of LIST and MIST claims, as well as fraud indicators that might be associated with these types of claims, and action steps to resolve these fraud indicators. This course is suitable for people who work in claims, and other insurance company personnel.

We house the online registration on NICTA, and encourage subscribers to enroll/register via NICTA to ensure the completed course appears on their transcripts.
