North TX remodeling contractor arrested in connection to $260,000 fraud case

A North Texas contractor was arrested Friday after allegedly defrauding customers, accumulating around $260,000, the Parker County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Authorities began investigating a remodeling company — Infinity Outdoors Solutions, LLC — and its owner, Andrew Paul Ross, in April after receiving reports of fraud regarding the business.

Customers told the sheriff’s office that Ross would enter into contracts, take large payments, then discontinue all contact without completing jobs or returning their money.
